PURPOSE: A needle holder for fine portion suture is provided to minimize the incision of the tissue around a fine region, thereby facilitating the recovery of a wound. CONSTITUTION: A needle sutures a fine region. A holder body (100) is formed to have a bar shape. The holder body is grasped by one operator's hand. The other end of a holding unit (200) holds the needle through electromechanical power.
