The present invention relates to a soil scattering prevention device for a planting hole forming apparatus having an improved structure in which during a process of forming a planting hole of a predetermined size using rotation force of a drill to form a planting hole in a field or an arable land in which seedlings can be planted, a soil scattering prevention cover is detachably coupled to a drill and arranged to be able to slide in a vertical direction so as to prevent upper soil from being scattered to the outside. According to the present invention, the soil scattering prevention device for a planting hole forming apparatus comprises: a drill main body which is detachably coupled to the planting hole forming apparatus and provides rotational force to the planting hole forming apparatus for formation of a planting hole； and a cover member which is detachably coupled to the drill main body as an attachable/detachable means and slides in a vertical direction when the planting hole forming apparatus forms a planting hole to prevent scattering of soil discharged to the outside of a land surface during a forming process of the planting hole forming apparatus.본 발명은 밭 또는 모종을 심을 수 있는 경작지 내지는 비닐하우스 내에서의 식재공 형성을 위해 드릴의 회전력을 이용하여 일정한 크기의 식재공을 성형하는 과정에서 흙 비산방지 커버가 드릴에 착탈 가능하게 결합되고 상,하로 슬라이딩 이동 가능하게 배치되어 상토가 외부로 비산되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 그 구조가 개선된 식재공 성형기용 흙 비산방지장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 식재공 형성기용 흙 비산방지장치는 식재공 성형기가 착탈 가능하게 결합되고 식재공 성형을 위해 상기 식재공 성형기에 회전력을 제공하는 드릴 본체와； 상기 드릴 본체에 착탈수단으로 착탈 가능하게 결합되며, 상기 식재공 성형기의 식재공 성형시 상,하 수직방향으로 슬라이딩 이동되어 상기 식재공 성형기의 성형과정에서 지표면의 외측으로 배출되는 흙의 비산을 방지하기 위한 커버부재；로 구성된다.
