<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition derived from foods, activating NK (natural killer) cells and enhancing immunity. <；P>；SOLUTION: The composition is an NK cell activator containing phosphorylated polysaccharides derived from Lactobacillus, in details, Lactobacillus bulgaricus OLL1073R-1 strain (FERM P-17227) as an effective ingredient. The phosphorylated polysaccharides have excellent NK cell activating performance and is superior in safety. Accordingly, a food or drink and/or a medicament having excellent immunostimulation can be provided by using the composition.
