<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an NK cell activator comprising lactobacillus-derived phosphorylated polysaccharides as active components. <；P>；SOLUTION: The phosphorylated polysaccharides obtained from Lactobacillus bulgaricus OLL1073R-1 strain (FERM P-17227) have excellent NK cell activating properties.
