The present invention relates to a light controlling device and a system for providing location information using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a location information providing system using a light controlling device, the system which is installed with a lighting to control illuminance of a neighboring lighting by sensing tag information of a recognition tag and movement and also to control the front lighting according to movement by receiving location information according to the movement from the light controlling device, provides parking and movement locations, obtains power source from light of the sun, and utilizes the remaining power obtained from the light of the sun to illuminate apartment street lamps as well as to remove pest, thereby contributing to health promotion of residents.본 발명은 조명 제어장치 및 이를 이용한 위치정보 제공 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 조명등과 함께 설치되어 인식태그의 태그정보 및 움직임을 감지하여 주변 조명등의 조도를 제어할 뿐만 아니라 조명 제어장치로부터 움직임에 따른 위치정보를 입력받아 움직임에 따른 전방의 조명등을 제어하고, 주차위치 및 움직임 위치를 제공하며, 이들의 전력원을 태양광으로부터 조달하고, 태양광에서 얻어진 남은 전력을 아파트 가로등 조명용으로 활용하되, 해충 제거에도 활용되게 하여 거주민의 건강 증진에 기여할 수 있도록 한 조명 제어장치 및 이를 이용한 위치정보 제공 시스템에 관한 것이다.
