PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate without impairing an operational feeling when using a treatment instrument used with a soft endoscope as a slave device.SOLUTION: A surgical manipulator operating device 5 operates a surgical manipulator that comprises: a treatment instrument tip part having at least one joint which is disposed at the tip of an insertion part of a soft endoscope and is electrically driven and a manual movement mechanism for moving the position of the treatment instrument tip part. The surgical manipulator operating device 5 comprises a manual operation part 16 for operating the movement mechanism, and a motor operation part 17 for operating the joint of the treatment instrument tip part. The manual operation part 16 comprises a movable part 16c for moving the treatment instrument tip part according to a displacement amount.
