A skull surgery positioning system is suitable for positioning a surgery part of skull in need of surgery and comprises a surgery device, an image capture device, and a control device. The surgery device comprises a support unit capable of being two-dimensionally displaced, and a surgery unit mounted on the support unit. The surgery unit has an indication module capable of projecting a light spot on the skull. The control device can recognize the light spot of the skull image to calculate the position parameters of the light spot relative to the surgery part and control the support unit according to the position parameters to drive the displacement of the surgery unit, making the light spot moved to the surgery part to automatically position the indication module.
