The present invention discloses a fishing perception recording analysis system and device, power is provided by a power source, and temperature, air pressure, light ray and fish bite signal are analyzed and compared through multiple sensing devices inside a module unit. When a predetermined criterion value of the module unit is reached, it signifies fish catch and their species are identified. Such information is transmitted through a transmission device to a display light for flashing and to a smart device for vibration in order to remind the user.
