The present invention relates to a composition containing a ginkgo testa extract, which is confirmed that rice treated with the composition shows growth inhibition over 60% in 400 mgL-1 or greater against Fusarium fujikuroi, by studying a control effect on bakanae disease of rice. Water dispersible powder based on a ginkgo testa extract is applied to high class rice injected with Fusarium fujikuroi for a disease outbreak control experiment, and 80% of a bakanae disease control rate is shown when the rice is disinfected for 36-48 hours after being mixed and treated with over 7.5% of the composition containing the ginkgo testa extract. Thus, the composition containing the ginkgo testa extract has a high possibility to be utilized as a natural seed disinfection agent to control bakanae disease.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명에 따른 은행외종피 추출물을 포함한 조성물로 벼 키다리병에 대한 방제효과를 연구한 결과 Fusarium fujikuroi에 대하여 400mgL-1 이상에서는 60%이상의 생장억제가 확인되었다.본 발명에 따른 은행외종피추출물 기반의 수화제를 Fusarium fujikuroi가 접종된 일품벼에적용하여 방제실험을 한 결과 은행외종피방제조성물이 7.5%이상 혼합된 처리수준에서 36-48시간동안 소독하면 80%수준의 방제효과가 확인되어 벼 키다리병을 방제할수 있는 천연물 종자소독제로써 활용가능성이 높을 것으로 판단된다.
