PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking-type seedling transplanter capable of preventing the transmission cases of right and left wheels and the like from decreasing in durability.SOLUTION: A walking-type seedling transplanter is provided with: right and left transmission cases 4 supporting right and left wheels 5 at their respective rear ends and transmitting a driving force from an engine 2 to the right and left wheels 5 a planting unit U behind a body front frame 6 a steering unit 9 for the wheels 5 behind the planting unit U a cylinder 16 for rotating the transmission cases 4 vertically using the front end portions of the transmission cases 4 as fulcrums and also for moving the right and left wheels 5 up and down and a ground-leveling float 12 below the body frame 6. A switching device 110 capable of switching a first raised state in which the transmission cases 4 and the wheels 5 are raised by the cylinder 16 to a second raised state in which they are further raised is provided. By further raising the right and left wheels 5 during transportation or when an operation is not performed, the float 12 is grounded, and the weight of the body can be received by the float 12 and the running wheels 5, whereby application of load to the transmission cases 4 is prevented and durability is improved.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】左右の車輪の伝動ケース等の耐久性の低下を防止できる歩行型の苗移植機の提供である。【解決手段】左右の車輪5を後端部に支持してエンジン2からの駆動力を左右の車輪5に伝動する左右の伝動ケース4と、車体前部フレーム6後方の植付部Uと、植付部U後方の車輪5の操縦部9と、伝動ケース4の前端部を支点として伝動ケース4を上下方向に回動させると共に左右の車輪5を上下動させるシリンダ16と、車体フレーム6下方の整地用フロート12とを設けた歩行型の苗移植機において、シリンダ16により伝動ケース4及び車輪5を上昇させた第1の上昇状態から更に上昇させる第2の上昇状態に切り替え可能な切替装置110を設ける。輸送時や非作業時に左右の車輪5を更に上昇させることでフロート12が接地し、フロート12と走行車輪5で機体の重量を受けることができるので、伝動ケース4に負荷がかかることが防止され、耐久性が向上する。【選択図】図1
