A part of a lower portion of the hopper (1) is a deformable portion (122) having flexibility, and the deformable portion (122) is deformable so as to open and close the passage (1a). According to this configuration, the deformable portion (122) that is a part of the hopper (1) is deformed to open and close the passage (1a).
