The hopper (1) is configured to cause rippling vibration on an inner surface (1b) thereof by an external force (X) applied to the hopper. According to this configuration, the rippling vibration applies a force to the medicine (M) to separate the medicine (M) away from the inner surface (1b) of the hopper (1). This prevents the medicine from easily adhering to the hopper (1).
