A spring-loaded clamp relates to the medical devices, in particular, medical instruments intended for ligating the blood vessels, ducts or hollow organs, for the provisional or continuous clamping of the lumen with the aim of the safe sealing and prevention of ligature cut. The aim of the invention consists in the use of the instrument in the course of both open and endoscopic surgery with improved usability. The clamp according to the invention obviates the use of any extra instruments. The spring-loaded clamp contains the body 1 designed as v-shaped plate-like clamp with the protrusion 2 for fixation of the clamp in the branches if clipping device (is not shown), the spring 3 representing the laminar single or double torsion spring of the rotation or the torsion compression spring attached to one end of the body 1. On the free end of the spring 3, the opening 4 or the lock 6 for the passage of the ligature 6 or the braid is made. The free end of the body has the opening 7 for the passage of the ligature 6 or the braid and the lock 8 facilitating the passage of the ligature 6 or the braid. The spring-containing end of the body is equipped with the stopper 9 for clamping the ligature 6 or the braid in the opening 7 of the body 1. The body of the clamp has at least one stiffening element 10 that may be used as the guiding elements of locking elements (for example, opening 11) attaching the body to the surrounding tissues. Due to the initial tension of the spring 3 possessing the specified stiffness for protecting the tissues from being cut, the ligature 6 is capable of clamping the blood vessel 12. The spring may be equipped with softening element 13 with the opening 4.
