The proposed invention relates to medicine, namely, dentistry, and to a method for postextraction gingivoplastics of alveolar crests with orally inclined vestibular flap in the surgical treatment of periodontitis of acute or chronic course. According to the invention, in the teeth to be removed, from the inner surface of the vestibular flap the granulation is removed or at its longitudinal section the inner surface of the bone crest of the alveolar ridge is cut off, and in oral flaps the unattached part is cut and at the level of flap attachment to the bone of the top alveolar crests are cut off and teeth are removed without pretreatment, the bleeding is arrested, vestibular flap is inclined to the edge of the gums by oral side, the excess edge of vestibular flap is cut at the inner edge level of the remaining oral gum oral longitudinal flap is divided by dissection to a depth of 3- on the attached periosteum-connective tissue and mobile connective tissue-epithelial part the wound is sutured off in overlapping area by application in inter-pitch are of membranes with tighted sutures on the edges of the mobile-epithelial connective tissue of oral and vestibular flaps.Запропонований винахід належить до галузі медицини, а саме до стоматології, та стосується способу постекстракційної гінгівопластики альвеолярного гребеня оральнонахиленим вестибулярним клаптем при хірургічному лікуванні пародонтиту гострого або хронічного перебігу тяжкого ступеня. Згідно із винаходом в ділянці зубів, які підлягають видаленню, із внутрішньої поверхні вестибулярного клаптя видаляють грануляції або при поздовжньому його розрізі відтинають внутрішню поверхню до кістки гребеня альвеолярного відростка, а в оральному клапті розрізають неприкріплену частину і відтинають на рівні кріплення клаптя до кістки вершини альвеолярного гребеня і видаляють зуби без попередньої обробки, зупиняють кровотечу нахиляють вестибулярний клапоть до краю ясен оральної сторони, відрізають надлишковий край вестибулярн
