The present invention relates to a healing abutment and an abutment assembly and, more specifically, to a healing abutment and an abutment assembly which can be assembled into an abutment without removing a healing abutment after performing treatment using the healing abutment during dental treatment. According to an aspect of the present invention, the healing abutment comprises a fixture coupling part and a gum coupling part. The fixture coupling part is formed in a polygonal shape to prevent rotation by being inserted into a fixture. The gum coupling part is formed on an upper portion of the fixture coupling part to be coupled to gums of a user and exposed to the outside of the gum, and a cutting surface is formed along the outer circumference of an upper portion thereof. The healing abutment has a through-hole formed along a central axis such that a screw can be inserted to be fixed to the fixture. According to the present invention, when the screw is fastened without removing the healing abutment even after appropriate gums are generated by fastening the healing abutment, the healing abutment is completed into an abutment assembly to which a prosthesis can be coupled.
