PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove easily various adhering materials from a filter cloth such as a bag for squeezing； and to prevent generation of saprophyte such as mold on the filter cloth such as the bag for squeezing which is dried after cleaning.SOLUTION: In a cleaning method of the invention, a filter cloth such as a bag for squeezing which is used for filtration of unrefined sake, and from which a filtration residue is peeled off and removed after filtration of the unrefined sake, is cleaned in a plurality of times, by using slightly acidic aqueous hypochlorous acid which is approved as a food additive. Cleaning in the plurality of times is cleaning in 4 or 5 times, and the cleaning is simple and can surely obtain an effect.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】酒袋等濾布から種々な付着物質を容易に取り除くとともに、洗浄後に乾燥した酒袋等濾布にカビなどの雑菌が発生することを防止すること。【解決手段】本発明の洗浄方法は、醪の濾過に使用された酒袋等濾布を、醪の濾過後において濾過残渣を剥離除去した後に、食品添加物として認可されている微酸性次亜塩素酸水を用いて、複数回洗浄する洗浄方法である。なお、複数回洗浄は、４，５回の洗浄であり、簡便であって、効果も確実に得られる。【選択図】 なし
