This invention relates to an artificial tooth material and a manufacturing method thereof, in which a 3D drawing file of the artificial tooth material is imported into a computer first then after slicing calculation of a slicing software, the 3D drawing file of the artificial tooth material is converted into a plurality of 2D machining path files. After that, powder is spread on a platform and then sintered by using laser, wherein the laser is moving along the machining paths recorded in the machining path files, enabling the sintered powder to be formed in a solid formation layer on which a plurality of formation layers are formed by repeating the above procedures the formation layers are stacked to form the artificial tooth.
