A process for microencapsulation of the active ingredient with an enteric matrix, comprising: a) mixing a combination of water and enteric substances preferably free of organic solvents and having a pH at which the enteric substances are dissolved in water to form a solution b) mixing the solution with the hydrophobic liquid, comprising active ingredients, c) homogenizing the hydrophobic liquid and the solution to form an emulsion, and d) a certain amount of emulsion titration acid providing arr azovanie precipitate particles of the hydrophobic liquid, microencapsulated in enteric veschestve.2. A method according to claim 1, wherein the enteric material consists predominantly of shellac and caseinate natriya.3. A method according to claim 2, wherein the shellac and sodium caseinate are used in a ratio of from about 90:10 to 10: 90.4. A method according to claim 3, wherein the ratio of shellac and sodium caseinate is from about 30:70 to 70: 30.5. A method according to claim 3, wherein the ratio of shellac and sodium caseinate is from about 40:60 to 60: 40.6.
