PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing container which has a simple structure and is compact, prevents a microorganism from entering a content liquid storing part, and suppresses liquid sagging even when the inclination of the container during dispensing is not sufficient.SOLUTION: The dispensing container 1 includes: a double container 9 consisting of an external layer body 3 and an internal layer body 5 and forming an open air introducing hole 7 on the mouth part 3a of the external layer body 3 and a plug body 11 having a dispensing hole 33 for dispensing the content liquid and an air suction hole 31 connected with the open air introducing hole 7. The plug body 11 includes: a dispensing valve 39 elastically deforming by a liquid pressure to open the dispensing hole 33 and an air suction valve 41 elastically deforming by a negative pressure in the external layer body 3 accompanied with the dispensing of the content liquid to open the air suction hole 31 and a rod member 15 stood in the shaft direction S on the inside of a mouth part 9a of the double container 9. The rod member 15 includes: a cylindrical body 35 for forming a communication path P for the content liquid inside, and opening the dispensing hole 33 linked to the communication path P and an approximately sphere head 37 continuously provided at the upper end of the cylindrical body 35, forming a stop end of the communication path P, and the maximum diameter being larger than the outer diameter of the cylindrical body.
