PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily, reliably, and appropriately dispense a content toward a reception portion without moving the position of a head.SOLUTION: A dispensing container 1 includes: a container body 2 for storing the content, where a pressure portion 10 to be pressured with fingertips is formed in a body portion 2b a stem 3 which is arranged in the mouth 2a of the container body by penetration so as to be movable downward in an upper part urging state, so as to inject the content when moved downward the head 4 fixed to the upper end of the stem and having a dispensing hole for dispensing the injected content to an external part in a top wall portion 33 and a holding cylinder 5 for upward movably enclosing the container body, where the upper end is fixed to the head.
