The present invention relates to a whitening cosmetic composition comprising as an active ingredient a persimmon extract fraction fermented by microorganisms, wherein the fermented persimmon extract fraction can inhibit tyrosinase activity and melanin production and increase the antioxidant ability by increasing polyphenol and suppressing radical scavenging ability. Therefore, the fermented persimmon extract fraction having the above-mentioned effect may be used as a whitening cosmetic composition to contribute to the reduction of the treatment cost used in the disposal of persimmon sludge and the generation of additional profits, and as an indirect inhibitor of tyrosinase capable of inhibiting tyrosinase production without directly inhibiting tyrosinase activity.La présente invention concerne une composition cosmétique de blanchiment comprenant, en tant que substance active, une fraction dextrait de kaki fermentée par des micro-organismes, la fraction dextrait de kaki fermentée pouvant inhiber lactivité tyrosinase et la production de mélanine et augmenter la capacité antioxydante en augmentant le polyphénol et en supprimant la capacité de piégeage des radicaux. Par conséquent, la fraction dextrait de kaki fermentée ayant leffet mentionné ci-dessus peut être utilisée en tant que composition cosmétique de blanchiment pour contribuer à la réduction du coût de traitement utilisé dans lélimination des boues de kaki et la génération de profits additionnels, et en tant quinhibiteur indirect de tyrosinase capable dinhiber la production de tyrosinase sans inhiber directement lactivité tyrosinase.본 발명은 미생물로 발효시킨 감 추출물 분획물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 미백용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상기 발효 감 추출 분획물은 티로시나아제 활성 및 멜라닌 생성을 억제하고, 폴리페놀 증가 및 라디칼 소거능 억제를 통해 항산화능을 증가시킬 수 있다. 따라서, 상기와 같은 효과를 갖는 발효 감 추출 분획물은 미백용 화장료 조성물로 활용하여 감 슬러지 폐기처분에 사용되는 처리비용 절감 및 부가적인 이익 창출에 기여할 수 있으며, 티로시나아제 활성을 직접 억제하지 않으면서 티로시나아제 생성을 억제할 수 있는 티로시나아제 간접 억제 소재로 활용될 수 있다.
