PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope operation system capable of providing highly accurate operability by obtaining an operation feeling closer to actual touch.SOLUTION: An endoscope operation system includes a master device 3 for instructing an operation of a soft endoscope, a slave device 2 for operating the soft endoscope E by an instruction from the master device 3, and a controller 4 for controlling the master device 3 and the slave device 2. By generating drive signals to the master device 3 and the slave device 2 by bidirectional force sense feedback based on master state signals from the master device 3 and slave state signals from the slave device 2, the controller 4 outputs operation force added to the master device 3 to the slave device 3, and outputs force generated in the slave device 2 to the master device 3.
