Dental implants, as a surgical option for obtaining firm anchoring of the prosthesis to the bone and tissue, are currently undergoing great technological advancements which comprise the use of surgical guides and kits with drills which, depending on the system and the brand used, require the use of adaptors for the drills, leading to a reduction in the space that allows the passage of the internal irrigation that is essential for preventing bone necrosis, due to the excess heat generated by friction between the instrument and the hard tissue. The invention of the present device, which belongs to the technical field of dental implants, has the main aim of providing an alternative to offer permanent, sufficient and necessary internal irrigation during dental implant surgery, regardless of the system and brand of the drills used.Los implantes dentales como una opción quirúrgica para obtener un anclaje firme de las prótesis al hueso y los tejidos, actualmente observa un gran avance tecnológico que comprende el uso de guías quirúrgicas y de kits con fresas (drills), que dependiendo del sistema y la marca utilizados requieren el empleo de reductores de diámetro para las fresas (drills) que originan la reducción del espacio que permite el paso de la irrigación interna que es indispensable para evitar la necrosis del hueso, debido al exceso de calor generado por la fricción entre el instrumental y el tejido duro.
