A push-up cylinder 24 that is attached to the house main body 16 and holds the house main body 16, and an elevating device 35 that is provided at the lower end of the push-up cylinder 24 and moves the push-up cylinder 24 up and down by tap water pressure. The elevating device 35 includes a cylinder 36 that is embedded perpendicularly to the ground, and a piston 40 that is provided inside the cylinder 36 and is fitted in a watertight manner so as to be slidable.
