PURPOSE: A treatment of alopecia and a hair proliferation method using adipose-derived stem cells is provided to reduce risk of immune rejection response and to help activation of hair cells.CONSTITUTION: A treatment of alopecia is processed by extracting and refining adipose-derived stem cells from human adipose cells and directly injecting the adipose-derived stem cells into the alopecia area. The adipose-derived stem cell(ADSC) is stem cell extracted from the autologous fat. The adipose-derived stem cell(ADSC) is extracted by using non-harmful human collagenase. The adipose-derived stem cell(ADSC) treats the alopecia by directly differentiating into the hair cells.
