摘要:
Novel method or process for medical or biological application, which includes the steps for obtaining a cellular solution constituted by explant cloning, endometrial adherents and clonogenic stromal cells derived therefrom, which are obtained from menstrual flow, and applied as a treatment for inducing the growth of hair and/or the formation of new hair follicles in patients suffering from androgenetic, areata and cicatricial alopecia, or any other type of alopecia of known or unknown etiology. The invention is applied in an intravenous manner or added to products such as gels, soaps, liquid soaps, skin tonic, hair lotions, shampoos, ointments, liposomes, nanoliposomes, microvials and in general any physical state that facilitates the delivery of the bioactive factors contained in the conditioned media derived from the in vitro culture of clonogenic adherent cells resulting from the culture of explants of the endometrial tissue. The invention is useful as a novel method for preparing a cellular solution derived from clonogenic adherent cells resulting from the culture of endometrial tissue explants, also being useful for the intravenous application of known cellular doses of clonogenic adherent cells derived from the endometrial tissue, or for the dermic, intra dermic, subdermic or subcutaneous application of know doses into the scalp, for inducing the growth of hair and/or the formation of new hair follicles in patients suffering from androgenetic, areata and cicatricial alopecia, or any other type of alopecia of known or unknown etiology.Método o procedimiento novedoso con aplicación médica como biológica que contempla los pasos a seguir para la obtención de una solución celular constituida por clonación de explantos, adherentes endometriales y células estromales clonogénicas derivadas, obtenidas del flujo menstrual, como tratamiento para para inducir el crecimiento del cabello y/o la formación de nuevos folículos pilosos en pacientes que sufren de alopesia, adrog
