PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid-containing external preparation composition exhibiting good skin permeability.SOLUTION: A nucleic acid is dissolved in a lower fatty acid-based ionic liquid of a triethanolamine salt or a diethanolamine salt, and a fatty acid-based ionic liquid of an organic solvent and/or a triisopropanolamine salt or a diisopropanolamine salt is added to adjust the solubility of the nucleic acid, making a mixed ionic liquid solution of the nucleic acid. By mixing the ionic liquid solution with an ointment base or a matrix plaster base, followed by dispersion, a nonaqueous external preparation composition is made. The external preparation composition containing nucleic acid is an external preparation composition excellent in skin permeability and can provide a suitable external preparation composition according to the kind of nucleic acid.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】皮膚透過性の良好な核酸含有の外用剤組成物を提供する。【解決手段】核酸をトリエタノールアミン塩、ジエタノールアミン塩の低級脂肪酸系イオン液体に溶解させ、有機溶媒及び/又はトリイソプロパノールアミン塩、ジイソプロパノールアミン塩の脂肪酸系イオン液体を加えて、核酸の溶解度を調節し、核酸の混合イオン液体溶液を作製する。該イオン液体溶液を軟膏基剤やマトリックス貼付基剤に混合し分散させることにより、非水系外用剤組成物を作製した。本発明で得られる核酸を含有する外用剤組成物は、皮膚透過性に優れた外用剤組成物であり、核酸の種類に応じて適切な外用剤組成物を提供することができる。【選択図】なし
