PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for atomizing liquid and releasing the atomized liquid which is simple, has minimized power consumption and is excellent in deodorant ability, aroma diffusion capability and sterilization ability.SOLUTION: A needle electrode 3 by which a minus high voltage is applied is provided in a container 1 having a release port 2 on an upper part, a first cylinder electrode 4 is provided on the lower side of the needle electrode, a second cylinder electrode 5 having a release port on the tip is provided on the upper side of the needle electrode, a suction port 6 is opened on a lateral surface of the container, a duct 7 which is communicated to the first cylinder electrode from the suction port is provided, a liquid storing part 9 is provided on the lower side of the first cylinder electrode, corona discharge is performed between a lower end 32 of the needle electrode and the first cylinder electrode, an ion wind of downward flow proceeding from the suction port to the liquid storing part is generated, further, corona discharge is performed between an upper end 31 of the needle electrode and the second cylinder electrode, by utilizing an ion wind of upward flow proceeding from liquid surface to the release port, liquid is vaporized, atomized, at the same time, is charged and is released from the release port.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】シンプルで消費電力も著しく少なく、消臭能力や芳香拡散能力や除菌能力などにも優れた、液体を微粒化して放出する装置を提供する。【解決手段】上部に放出口2を有する容器1内に、マイナスの高電圧が印加される針電極3を設け、針電極の下方に第一の円筒電極4を設け、針電極の上方に、先端に放出口を備えた第二の円筒電極5を設け、容器の側面に吸込み口6を開口させ、吸込み口から第一の円筒電極に通じるダクト7を設け、第一の円筒電極の下方に液体貯留部9を設け、針電極の下端32と第一の円筒電極との間でコロナ放電がなされて、吸込み口から液体貯留部へと向かう下向流のイオン風を生じさせ、かつ、針電極の上端31と第二の円筒電極との間でコロナ放電がなされて、液体表面から放出口へと向かう上向流のイオン風を利用して、液体を蒸散させ微粒化させると共に電荷を帯びさせ、放出口から放出させることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
