The invention relates to a slicer system and to a method for 3D modelling the coronal portion of parodontium for the dental-periodontal system evaluation by high-frequency ultrasonography. According to the invention, the system consists of an interchangeable range of elements comprising a bimaxillary slicer (), a single-maxillary slicer (), some segmental slicers () and a miniaturized slicer (), where the bimaxillary slicer () consists of an upper part () with a U-shaped recess wherein the alveolar processes and maxillary teeth are introduced, comprising an inner wall () provided with micro sensors () to be positioned on the oral face of the arcades and an outer wall () provided with other micro sensors () to be positioned on the vestibular face of the arcades, and a lower mandibular part (), comprising, in its turn, an inner wall () provided with micro sensors () and an outer wall () provided with other micro sensors (), where the single-maxillary slicer () is obtained by the cut of the bimaxillary slicer () along a cross medial plane, between the upper and the lower part, where the segmental slicers () are obtained by the extraction of a part of the single-maxillary transducer (). The method claimed by the invention comprises the following stages: data acquisition and carrying out a preliminary 3D model of the alveolar processes, during which the oral cavity is examined and images are taken by means of the slicers () completing and refining the 3D model by a new alveolar process scanning using the slicer () finally completing the information using the miniaturized slicer () by scanning the interdental zones and the periodontal bags and performing measurements and evaluation of the dental-periodontal system.Invenţia se referă la un sistem cu transductori şi la o metodă de modelare 3D a porţiunii coronare a parodontiului, pentru evaluarea sistemului dento-parodontal prin ultrasonografie de înaltă frecvenţă.
