PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling jig for artificial bone granule capable of performing filling work with controlled amount of filling for a target site even to a deep part of a surgical field of the body without scattering or falling of material to the area around when filling a bone defective part with a powdery or granular artificial bone material.SOLUTION: The device according to the present invention is composed of an inner member and an outer member both made of finger press-deformable material, a lid being press-fitted into the outer member to control the discharge of inside artificial bone material. For filling of the artificial bone material, sliding the inner member pushes away the press-fitted lid and lets the inner member go outside, allowing the artificial bone material to be discharged outside. At this time, the lid and the device are moored, preventing the lid from dropping to the site to which the artificial bone material is being filled. In addition, pressing down on the outer member of the filling jig with fingers gives an effect like disentangling a throat section with fingers and releasing the blockage of internal walls of the throat section. This facilitates the filling of the artificial bone material, ensuring reliable filling work and shortened surgery time.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】 粉体や顆粒状の人工骨材料を骨欠損部に補填する時に、狙った部位に、周囲への散らばりや脱落なしに、術野の体内の深い部分まで、補填量を制御しながら補填ができる人工骨補填治具である。【解決手段】本発明装置は指で押すことで変形可能な材質で作られたインナー部材とアウター部材で構成され、アウター部材にはフタが圧入されており、内部の人工骨の排出を制限している。人工骨を補填する時に、インナー部材をスライドさせる事により圧入されたフタを押しのけてインナー部材が外部に突出して、人工骨を外部に排出することができる。この時フタと装置が係留される構造となっており、フタが補填部に脱落することがない構造となっている。また、補填治具のアウター部材の上から指で押すことにより、スロート部を指でもみほぐすような効果が得られ、スロート部内壁面の詰まりを解除できる。これによって人工骨補填作業を容易に行い、補填作業の確実化と手術時間の短縮が可能な構造となっている。【選択図】図1
