PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like hair cosmetic for wiping to clean hair and a scalp with high smoothness between the sheet and the hair so as to impart excellent smoothness in combing fingers through the hair, high deodorization effect and cleaned feeling on the scalp and hair after the wiping, and a soft style in a dry condition.SOLUTION: A sheet-like hair cosmetic has a liquid cosmetic composition impregnated in a sheet. The liquid cosmetic composition contains (A), (B), (C) and (D) as follows, and has a pH from 6 to 9.5 inclusive and a solution viscosity at 30°C of 5-5,000 mPa s: (A) 0.01-2 mass% of a polyhydroxyamine compound represented by the formula (1) in the figure and/or a salt thereof (B) an anionic thickening polymer (C) a cool feeling agent and (D) water.
