PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid powder cosmetic which has an excellent cosmetic removability at the time of use, has a good elongation property at the time of application, has an excellent film homogeneity, can form a cosmetic film with a transparent feeling after the application, has an excellent coloring property against reapplication, and also has an excellent cosmetic retention property.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a solid powder cosmetic obtained by filling a container with a mixture of a cosmetic substrate containing powders as a main ingredient and a solvent and then removing the solvent, wherein the cosmetic substrate contains (A) a powder treated by amino-modified silicone, (B) polyethylene terephthalate fine grinding powder having an average particle diameter of 1-30 &mum.
