There is provided a treatment device for intraluminal insertion and treatment, comprising: rigid struts arranged approximately in parallel to each other, each end of each rigid strut connected to a leg comprising of at least one flexible element at least one contact element adapted for contacting an inner wall of a body lumen, each of the rigid struts coupled to one or more of the contact elements wherein the treatment device is adapted for radial expansion within the body lumen, wherein during the radial expansion the rigid struts are designed to be positioned along the circumference of the body lumen wherein each flexible member is adapted to independently radially urge each corresponding rigid strut in at least one movement, to position at least one contact element associated with the rigid strut into contact with an inner wall of the body lumen during the expanded state.Linvention concerne un dispositif de traitement pour une introduction intraluminale et un traitement intraluminal, comprenant : des entretoises rigides disposées approximativement parallèlement lune à lautre, chaque extrémité de chaque entretoise rigide étant reliée à une patte comprenant au moins un élément flexible au moins un élément de contact conçu pour entrer en contact avec une paroi interne dune lumière corporelle, chacune des entretoises rigides étant accouplée à un ou plusieurs des éléments de contact le dispositif de traitement étant adapté pour une dilatation radiale dans la lumière corporelle, pendant la dilatation radiale, les entretoises rigides étant conçues pour être positionnées le long de la circonférence de la lumière corporelle chaque élément flexible étant conçu pour pousser radialement et indépendamment chaque entretoise rigide correspondante dans au moins un déplacement, afin de positionner au moins un élément de contact associé à lentretoise rigide en contact avec une paroi interne de la lumière corporelle pendant létat dilaté.
