According to the present invention, a body part of the tetrapod is formed by integrally and upwardly forming a central support part at the center of a triangular support part, the triangular support part is formed with three long legs having the same length, the central support part is formed with short legs shorter than the long legs of the triangular support part, and a net locking part is provided at an upper surface of the central support part, wherein the net locking part includes a cross-type horizontal material provided at an upper end of the vertical material. Accordingly, the tetrapod can tear a net to prevent an illegal dragnet fishing. In addition, the tetrapod may not be separated from an installed position.
