The present invention relates to a combined aquaculture and crop cultivation equipment, which comprises: an aquaculture area including a plurality of boxes, wherein the boxes are communicated with each other and is provided with a starting end and a terminal end； a crop cultivation area disposed above the plurality of boxes of the aquaculture area； a water purifying module connected between the starting end and the terminal end and constituting a water circulation loop with the plurality of boxes of the aquaculture area； and a fermentation pool connected with the water purifying module. The sediments in the water purifying module are transferred to the fermentation pool for performing fermentation, and then transferred to the crop cultivation area after fermentation.
