PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe drive supporting system which can support the driving of a vehicle while considering the state of health of a driver.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a safe drive supporting system including: a wearable terminal having terminal specification information； a first sensor and a second sensor for acquiring biological information of a driver； and a safe drive supporting on-vehicle device having a reference determination unit for determining whether a driver is in a state of being able to drive by comparing the acceptance information of the driver and first biological information. The reference determination unit determines whether the heart rate is at least a predetermined level, the change of the heart temperature is at least a predetermined level, or the increase of the perspiration amount is at least a predetermined level, in addition to whether the blood-sugar level is less than a predetermined level.
