PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new sericin ion water which can exhibit desired effects of sericin ion water without being influenced by acidic or alkaline characteristics of a target for use such as plants and biological living bodies and without exerting adverse influences on the target for use, and which can be efficiently manufactured.SOLUTION: The sericin ion water is efficiently obtained by charging cocoons, Dead Sea salt, protease (EC3, 4, 24, 27) into pure water, hydrolyzing the mixture for 2 to 24 hours while heating at 50 to 70°C, and separating the resultant aggregates by the use of a filter. The obtained sericin ion water has superior effects in a growth promoting function, antioxidant function, moisturizing function, skin whitening function and the like, and less influences plants and living bodies.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】 植物、生物生体等の使用対象が持つ酸或いはアルカリ特性等に左右されず、これらの使用対象に悪影響を及ぼす事無く所望のセリシンイオン水効果を発揮し得、効率良く製造する事が出来る新規なセリシンイオン水を提供する。【解決手段】純水に繭、死海の塩、プロテアーゼ(EC3,4,24,27)を投入し50~70℃で加熱しつつ2~24時間加水分解し得られた集合体をフィルターを用いセリシンイオン水を効率良く得る。得られたセリシンイオン水は、成長促進機能、抗酸化機能、保湿機能、美白機能等に優れた効果を有し、植物生物生体に対して影響も少ない。【選択図】図1
