PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilization device capable of efficiently sterilizing medical wastes.SOLUTION: When performing heating sterilization treatment using steam by a heating device, a sterilization device can sterilize at a temperature higher than a boiling point in one atmospheric pressure by making the inside of a sterilization tank high temperature and high pressure, so as to raise a temperature to 121°C by saturated steam of two atmospheric pressure and, subject to a sterilization treatment for 20 minutes, perform heat sterilization, with the shape of a medical waste retained. However, in a high-pressure steam sterilization (autoclave) treatment, steam is used and a water content may remain there, so that it is difficult to dry the medical waste completely. Consequently, a decompression device and the heating device are combinedly used to heat sterilize and then decompress the interior of the sterilization tank, thus performing drying sterilization.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 医療廃棄物を効率的に滅菌できる滅菌処理装置を提供する。【解決手段】 滅菌処理装置は、加熱装置により、水蒸気を用いて滅菌加熱処理を行う場合、滅菌処理槽内を高温高圧にすることで1気圧における沸点よりも高い温度で滅菌できるため、2気圧の飽和水蒸気によって温度を121℃に上昇させ、20分間の滅菌処理をすることを条件として、医療廃棄物の形状を保持したまま加熱滅菌できる。しかし、高圧蒸気滅菌(オートクレーブ)では、水蒸気を使用するため水分が残留してしまう虞があるため、完全に医療廃棄物を乾燥させることは難しい。そこで、減圧装置と加熱装置とを併用し、同一槽である滅菌処理槽内を加熱滅菌後にさらに減圧し、滅菌乾燥を行う。【選択図】図1
