FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: there is described oligonucleotide with a sequence at least 80% identical to that presented in the application materials and where said sequence is able to hybridise specifically with a site including an initiation or termination codon of open reading frame translations for gene coding TGF-RI or TGF-RII, or a site of mPNA coding TGF-RI or TGF-RII which represents a loop or protrusion and not being a part of a secondary structure. There is presented a pharmaceutical preparation containing the described oligonucleotide, intended to inhibit induced TGF-1 of blocking of nervous cell proliferation. ^ EFFECT: invention can be used for treatment or prevention of a disease wherein neurogenesis and neuroregeneration have useful effect. ^ 7 cl, 8 dwg, 9 ex
