PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved device for simultaneously monitoring fluorescent signal from laterally distributed area by optimizing optical path to aim at even irradiation and accurate detection. SOLUTION: This device is the optical equipment for imaging fluorescent signal, comprising a holding means 1 of a planar base 2 provided with assembly 3 on each of its plural areas, a light source 4 which radiates light including at least one excitation frequency, and a converter 5 located so as to receive fluorescent signal from the above assembly 3 on individual area of the above plural ones. It generates computable primary data and includes a field lens 6 which transmits excitation light from the above light source 4 to the assembly 3 while transmitting fluorescent signal from the above assembly 3 to the above converter 5, an excitation lens arrangement 10 which transmits excitation light from the above light source 4 to the above field lens 6, and an imaging lens arrangement 11 which transmits fluorescent signal from the above field lens 6 to the above converter 5, where images of the excitation and fluorescent signal from individual area of those plural ones are telecentric on the object side of the above field lens 6.
