Compounds having a structure of Structure I:or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, tautomer, or stereoisomer thereof, wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, J1, J2, X, Z, n1 and n2 are as defined herein, and wherein at least one of R1, R2 or R3 is an alkyl, alkenyl, aryl or aralkyl ester, are provided.
