PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a recess of a boundary between a retina and a vitreous body in an image of an eye to be inspected.SOLUTION: A retina analysis part 12 analyzes a tomographic image acquired by an image acquisition part 11 and specifies the position of each layer of a retina. Further, the retina analysis part 12 specifies a three-dimensional shape of an ILM, especially a recess of a boundary by acquiring an index showing an amount of change to a curvature, gradient or depth direction of the boundary within a prescribed range of the boundary. An optic papilla specification part 13 specifies an optic papilla part from the tomographic image on the basis of information of the specified recess of the ILM.
