A filter (10), for the purification of a composition in liquid form by means of a syringe, comprises a hollow filter body, comprising a proximal portion (14) defining a first open end connectable to a distal tip of syringe, a middle portion (16) for receiving an injection needle, and a distal portion (18) defining a second open end delimited by an end edge (34) of the filter body. The filter also includes a filter membrane (30), and a clamping ring (20) which encloses the end edge of the filter body and a peripheral edge (38) of the filter membrane in an annular groove (36) formed by the clamping ring, so as to keep the peripheral edge of the filter membrane in contact with the end edge of the filter body. This method of attachment allows the use of a filter membrane made of a material allowing fine porosity. Le filtre comprend également une membrane filtrante (30), et un anneau de serrage (20) qui enserre le bord d'extrémité du corps de filtre et un bord périphérique (38) de la membrane filtrante dans une gorge annulaire (36) formée par l'anneau de serrage, de manière à maintenir le bord périphérique de la membrane filtrante au contact du bord d'extrémité du corps de filtre. Ce mode de fixation permet l'utilisation d'une membrane filtrante en un matériau permettant une porosité fine.
