The present invention relates to a system for transferring a bedridden person, wherein the system comprises at least one air mat, and a moving device having a plurality of supports, in which when gas is introduced into an air mat, a plurality of concave parts are formed in the lower surface of the air mat for providing a space into which a plurality of supports can be inserted. When gas is injected into the air mat, one or more refracted parts are formed to have a concave shape on the lower surface of the air mat.
