PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground leveling device capable of preventing admixture in a rice paddy from twining around an end of a ground leveling body in a lateral direction, and entering inside from an end of the ground leveling body in the lateral direction.SOLUTION: A ground leveling device has a cover 37 for covering an end part of a ground leveling body in a lateral direction and being provided on a drive shaft. The cover 37 has an outer peripheral part 37a, intermediate parts 37b, 37c arranged closer to the drive shaft side with respect to the outer peripheral part 37a and connected to the outer peripheral part 37a so as to deviate in a lateral direction from the outer peripheral part 37a, and a boss part 37d connected to the intermediate parts 37b, 37c.
