A method for processing an image with an analysis device to produce images of organs in an electronic format, in which the analysis device comprises: a camera unit (100), comprising a camera lens (102) and a detector (104); and at least a first and a second optical components (110 to 114) suitable for coupling to the camera unit (100); in which the camera unit (100), without any of the optical components (110 to 114) coupled, is adapted to capture images of the skin considered as the organ; in which the camera unit (100) is adapted to capture images of a nose, ear or mouth cavity considered as the organ, if the second optical component (114) is coupled to said camera unit; in which the camera unit (100) is adapted to capture images of the tympanic membrane or of the external acoustic meatus considered as the organ, if the first (110) and the second (114) optical components are coupled to said camera unit ; in which the first and second optical components (110 to 114) include respective data structures (116 to 120) that include data associated with the respective optical components (110 to 114) and the organ whose image is to be formed; the method comprising at least one of: the use of the camera unit (100) without any of the optical components (110, 114) coupled to capture a skin image; the use of the camera unit (100) to capture an image of a nose, ear or mouth cavity when the second optical component (114) is coupled to said camera unit (100); and using the camera unit (100) to capture an image of the tympanic membrane or external acoustic meatus when the first and second optical components (110, 114) are coupled to said camera unit (100); the method further comprising: the transfer (800), provided that one of the respective optical components (110 to 114) is coupled to the camera unit (100), of the data of the corresponding data structure (116 to 120) to the camera unit (100); and the control (802) of the image production by the camera unit (100) based on the tra
