PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening and closing control apparatus of an opening and closing member in a shed for rearing animals, a shed, or the like, for rearing plants in which opening and closing control of the opening and closing member with which always adequate rearing and culturing environment is obtained can automatically and accurately be carried out even when weather and air temperature change by controlling actuation of an electric winch by controlling number of revolutions. SOLUTION: In this apparatus A for carrying out opening and closing control by installing the opening and closing member 3 in an opening 2 installed in the shed 1, or the like, for rearing animals or plants and operating the opening and closing member 3 by the electric winch 4, a means 5 for detecting the number of revolutions is installed in the electric winch 4 and the number of revolutions of the electric winch 4 corresponding to opening degree of the opening and closing member 3 is detected by the detection means 5 and operation of the electric winch 4 is controlled by the number of revolutions.
