PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus capable of achieving easiness of circuit design and reduction of noises of electric signals by lowering a readout speed which detecting elements should provide.SOLUTION: A radiation detector 23 includes a plurality of detecting elements arranged in a slice direction and a channel direction, a readout circuit for reading out electric signals from the detecting elements, an integration amplifier for accumulating electric charges of electric signals read out from the detecting elements, and an A/D converter for A/D converting every A/D conversion block set by dividing the electric signals read out from the detecting elements in the slice direction. Readout of the electric signals from the detecting elements is performed for every A/D conversion block.
