PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the quantity of data used for correcting gain difference between amplifiers in an X-ray CT apparatus with a plurality of amplifiers connected in parallel to a detection element for inputting detection signals in an A/D converter while switching the amplifiers according to the rotation of a scanner.SOLUTION: In the X-ray CT apparatus 1, the plurality of amplifiers connected in parallel to the detection element of an X-ray detector are switched, for example, by view, and amplified detection signals are A/D converted to make measurement data. The X-ray CT apparatus 1 measures the gain difference between a reference amplifier 33A and the other amplifier 33B and calculates a correction value Acorr (a gain correction table 72). The gain difference included in air measurement data is corrected by using the correction value Acorr. As for subject measurement data, the measurement data output from the amplifier 33B side are corrected with the correction value Acorr in the same way.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】 検出素子に対して増幅器を複数並列に接続し、スキャナの回転動作に伴いこれらの増幅器を切り替えつつ、検出信号をA/D変換器に入力するX線CT装置において、各増幅器のゲイン差の補正に用いるデータのデータ量を小さくする。【解決手段】X線CT装置1は、X線検出器の検出素子に対して複数並列に接続された増幅器を例えばビュー毎に切り替え、増幅された検出信号をA/D変換して計測データとする。このようなX線CT装置1において、空気計測データに基づき、基準とする増幅器33Aとその他の増幅器33Bとのゲイン差を算出し、補正値Acorr(ゲイン補正テーブル72)を算出する。この補正値Acorrを用いて空気計測データに含まれるゲイン差を補正する。また被検体計測データについても同様に、増幅器33B側から出力された計測データを補正値Acorrにより補正する。【選択図】図3
