To solve such the problem that in a liquid permeable top sheet of two-sheet constitution made by joining a bottom of a recess formed in an upper film to a lower film, and defining a bubble chamber therebetween, passing of liquid from the junction part in the bottom of the recess of the upper film is inhibited.SOLUTION: A top sheet 14 comprises a liquid permeable sheet-like upper film 21 in which a large number of recesses 21d aligned at a prescribed interval are formed, and a liquid permeable sheet-like lower film 22 overlapped on the upper film, and joined to the bottom of the recess of the upper film. In the top sheet, each of the recesses includes: a groove-like first recess 21dextending in a first direction along the longitudinal direction of the upper film; a groove-like second recess 21dextending in a second direction different from the first direction along the longitudinal direction of the upper film 21; and a crossing area 21din which the first and second recesses are overlapped on each other.
